Remember this date each year as this is your annual date to complete your ConEd.

Which package or courses should I order?

Everyone must complete the new Fair Housing v24 course so we recommend this course for all licensees at this time as the law and fair housing credit.  If you've already completed ICE's Fair Housing earlier in this renewal cycle, you still need to take the new Fair Housing course to fulfill this requirement. Completing the Fair Housing v24 course will NOT be considered a duplicate course as it has a different course approval number with CE Marketplace.
If you order Package B and have already completed the elective, Home Inspections, in this renewal cycle, send an email to ice@4ice.com after you purchase and let us know which elective to swap out for Home Inspections so you do not repeat it.
Click on the green box, "My Certificates," above to view your course history and certificates with ICE.

Make sure you have a total of 18 hours including at least 6 law hours and 1 hour of Fair Housing prior to renewing your license.

***AS OF FEB. 14, 2024, ALL LICENSEES ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE 1 HOUR OF APPROVED FAIR HOUSING CREDIT***
This is a new requirement of all licensees.  ICE's Fair Housing course has just been approved to satisfy this requirement in addition to the 2 hours of law you are required to complete annually. See more information on the left side of this screen regarding this topic.

Continuing Education Requirements in the State of Michigan:
     Total Hours Required: 18 hours
Required Hours:  2 hours of legal annually and 1 hour of Fair Housing

You may NOT repeat courses within a 3-year cycle. It is up to each licensee to ensure there are no course duplications.

For your convenience, ICE offers 6-hour packages.  Each 6-hour package satisfies 3 hours of law* and 3 hours of elective. Simply complete a different package each year in your renewal cycle and you will be compliant.

ICE courses are all approved by CEMarketplace.  We report all course completions to CEMarketplace on a weekly basis.

*ICE's new Fair Housing course satisfies 2 hours of law and 1 hour of Fair Housing as of 2/14/2024
